We need a business improvement expert, someone who has already worked in a complex organisation with multiple departments and functions. Someone who has worked in a collaborative manner, to ensure communication internally is optimised by understanding the business brief, sense checking projects being worked on and having open and honest conversations with colleagues and clients alike.
You will drive the 2 teams currently in place together with your Assistant Manager, by being motivation, clear and concise on the brief with the customers ROI, at the top of your mind when executing the task. A background or understanding of Data and or Research would be advantageous due to our specialist sector; however we are open minded and it's more about who you are and what you can bring to our business.
We want you to be the person who will scrutinize our operational processes we currently use within these two areas. For example, how we monitor our performance and quality matrix against the SLA's we have in place with our clients and then improve how we monitor and better still, improve the outcome of these projects. You need to have experience in training teams, taking the most composite brief and simplifying it for candidates who join us on a temporary basis.

The salary on offer if between £30-35k per annum with 25 days holiday, plus the bank holidays; pension scheme, company healthcare and free parking.
