Lettings Administrator

On behalf of our Tewkesbury-based client, we are seeking a positive and pro-active Lettings Administrator to fulfill a full-time, temporary contract from 7th December 2015 - 31st March 2016. The ideal candidate will have experience within lettings administration, a helpful nature and a keen eye for detail.

As part of a busy and friendly team, you will be responsible for a variety of adminstrative tasks and ensuring both internal and external customers receive excellent levels of service at all times.

Key Duties:

  • To provide the necessary administrative and secretarial support to the Department
  • To fully support the lettings process ensuring the team is effectively supported.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management system to log all in and outbound customer contact
  • Ensure that all situations are dealt with sensitively and with the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Add properties onto the website, ensuring all relevant information is included.
  • To attend meetings when requested and take minutes as required
  • Display a helpful, positive and can-do attitude to internal and external customers at all times
  • Support with routine correspondence and enquiries from customers investigating and resolving any complaints/feedback as appropriate following relevant procedures.
  • To liaise closely with other staff to ensure a coordinated approach is taken to the company's work.

  • Positive problem solving approach with an ability to focus on key issues quickly and clearly.
  • To work as part of a holistic team, being flexible in your approach and working collaboratively to ensure objectives are achieved.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Experience in lettings/property
  • Good I.T skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and accurate data entry skills
  • Experience in working independently and prioritising own workload
  • Experience of dealing with conflicting priorities
  • Good standard of literacy & numeracy
  • Displays helpful, positive attitude to internal and external customers at all times
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of meeting the needs of internal and external customers
