Due to internal promotion and a time of growth, our client, a Solicitors with 19 staff members are looking for a Legal Receptionist.
This front of house role will give the right candidate the opportunity to establish themselves as a key member of the team and in time the role can develop to be more Office Manager / Secretarial.
A successful candidate will have the following background and skills:
** Receptionist - Legal environment is beneficial but not essential, but certainly from a corporate business where you were required to represent the business to a high level
** Excellence in managing clients and calls and responding professionally at all times
** Email management as you will be required to carry this out for the Partners
** Concentration and attention to detail as the environment is very busy and as the Receptionist you will be required to be ready for client visits at all times.
Additionally there will be lots of administration support to the Partners and Secretaries and therefore your confidence in this area is essential and you will be experience in all MS Office applications, in particular Outlook and Word.
The hours are 8.30 to 5 Monday to Friday
