As a Legal Administrator you will be responsible for all secretarial duties on behalf of the firm, and will provide advice and support to clients and customers.
Your main duties will be:
- Audio typing and copy typing
- Answering email and telephone queries
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Taking messages
- Diary management
- Opening and closing files
- Attending to clients face-to-face
As a Legal Administrator you will need to have Legal experience ideally, high attention to detail and very strong administration skills.
