Our prestigious client is looking for an administrator to join their transportation team. The transportation office is responsible for movement of goods for the group worldwide. The department looks after import and export, playing a key role in compliance with international trade agreements and customs legislation.
Full training will be given to generate invoices and shipping documentation, process airfreight, courier, road-freight and sea-freight. Follow up on missing information and keep everything compliant to HMRC standards.
The skills you need to bring to the role are ability to prioritise, strong IT and communication skills and an eye for accuracy.
The client is potentially looking at this as a temp to perm if you are immediately available or would consider a straight permanent placement if required.
Hours 39 per week, Monday to Friday.
