Your new company:
We are a Global international life sciences measurement and testing company where HR is pivotal to the function, engagement and structure of our business and we are actively seeking a new Junior HR Business Partner to join our fruitful, professional yet flexible team. This role reports directly into our HR Manager, and will be based at our site in Fordham.
Your new role:
You will be providing commercially focused, generalist HR support to our business consistent with our company values, namely resource planning and execution, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, organisational development and change.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a high level of influencing skills coupled with presence and the strength of personality to make a positive impact with our sometimes demanding line managers, together with several years HR experience within a demanding and competitive commercial environment.
Your experience also needs to include up to date knowledge of UK employment law, experience managing transfers, and organisational change.
This opportunity may suit someone who is currently in a Senior HR Advisor's role and looking for their next step up.
