They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor with either German or Italian language skills along with a high command of the English language. Due to the urgency of this temporary role candidates should ideally be living in the Devon area.
- Calling customers to ensure they have received their new catalogue and advising of special offers.
- Using your own initiative and personality to deliver 100% customer service.
- Using your language skills to communicate to customers, in English and Italian or German.
- This role requires you to be IT literate (inc Word and Outlook) and possess an excellent telephone manner with good administration skills to match.
- Must also have the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Previous customer services or telesales experience is essential for this role, with the ability to cope in a busy working environment.
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
