We are currently recruiting for a part time ICT Support Technician to work for one of our clients based in Williton, Somerset. You will be responsible for providing ICT support to all users within the organisation and supporting the ICT Manager in daily duties.
- Server installation and support
- Network maintenance, troubleshooting and support
- Backup system operation
- PC & Laptop installation & support
- Security systems maintenance and support
- Providing first and second line support via helpdesk
- Infrastructure capacity management - monitor capacity of all ICT infrastructure and advise ICT Manager on any requirements for changes
- To undertake surveys of equipment and licences and maintain the ICT Asset Management Database and advise on any licence compliance issues
- Any other reasonable duties of a similar nature requested by Management
Suitable candidates will need previous ICT Support experience as well as strong communication stills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast paced environment.
This is a part time position working 22.5 hours per week and is currently working on a 6 month contract.
Rate of pay is £12.00 per hour.
