Our client in West Oxfordshire is looking to add first Line Support Engineers to their expanding team, as soon as possible. The First Line Engineers will provide first line helpdesk support to both external and internal contacts via telephone, tickets and email.
This is a great entry level opportunity to take your first steps into a career in IT. The ideal candidate will be confident and enthusiastic in embracing new technologies and learning new skills, whilst being analytical, methodical and organised, with exceptional time management skills.
Duties of the role include:
- Supporting all company software and hardware
- Providing first line support to internal and external contacts by logging, investigating and responding to incoming queries in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting, resolving and repairing issues
- Other ad-hoc IT duties as required
-6 months IT experience
-Experience of Windows 10 and Windows server 2008/2012 including Active Directory, Security Groups and User Creation
-Microsoft Office (365)
-Mac Experience would be advantageous
