The role offers a number of challenging and diverse activities which include: -Communicating; with the sales team to support and provide customer solutions, with current IT Service Customers to support and present services,
- Supporting; logging incoming queries, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining software and hardware. Supporting internal account managers and providing remote and on-site support.
- Managing; the helpdesk, customer expectations, support team, communications between engineers and customers
- Training and Development; contributing to internal programmes, delivering IT infrastructure projects, individual self study and up to date knowledge of company products and wider technology trends.
-4 years IT experience, with experience in team leading
-Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills
-Administration of Microsoft operating systems and applications
-Experience of virtualisation technologies VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V
-Microsoft domain infrastructure; Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, group policy, DCHP (2000-2012)
-LAN/WAN, Office 2007/10/13, Windows XP & 7, Android / IOS Support, Cloud Technologies.
