We are seeking a driven, articulate and resourceful candidate to join an expanding, global technology firm as an Internal Account Manager.
You will be responsible for an assigned portfolio of existing accounts, maximising revenue generation, developing relationships and ensuring excellent service levels are upheld.
In order to achieve this, you will contact customers via telephone and utilise your excellent communication skills to promote the company's products and services. Thereafter, you will manage the relationship via telephone, web conferencing and occasional site visits as required.
In addition you will source new revenue streams within your assigned vertical and identify zero-billing accounts, with the aim of adding to your portfolio and increasing the revenue you generate.
You will work with high levels of organisation and maintain accurate records and ensure all associated administration tasks are completed.
In return you will receive a competitive salary with a clear and structured bonus scheme additionally applicable. It is envisaged that in the first year, your OTE would be £38,000, although high performers could readily achieve more. In addition to this commission/bonus structure other incentives are offered to those who regularly over-achieve target, including the opportunity to secure a fully expensed, luxury holiday.

The ideal candidate for the role of Internal Account Manager will hold a degree in a business related specialism, thrive in a fast-paced role and have the ability and confidence to communicate effectively at all levels.
