WE URGENTLY REQUIRE 3 x Claims Handler for our expanding client in their prestigious premises
Based in Stoke-on-Trent. Working hours will be 8.00am to 6.00pm, or Monday to Friday or between 8.00am - 8.00pm dependent on team, with occasional weekend working again dependent on team.
The main purpose of this role is to provide a fast and efficient claim handling service on claims and associated tasks, as allocated by your Manager.
Answering inbound calls regarding claims, logging onto the system ensuring company service standards are met at all times. Having the ability to detect fraudulent claims.
Suitable candidates must have an excellent telephone manner and be competent in all MS Office programs and ideally have previous Claims Handling Experience or be knowledgeable in FSA regulations.
