We are currently recruiting for an office administrator to join the busy and fast paced sales and installation team for a national company based in Taunton, Somerset.
This is a temporary contract with an immediate start working from now until April 2017 with the potential of becoming extended.
You will be based in the office dealing with incoming calls and enquiries from customers as well as covering reception desk from time to time. Other duties will involve filing, taking messages and any other admin duties which may arise. You may also be dealing with administration for the design house and other departments therefore good organisation and project management skills will be required.
Successful candidates must have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Packages as well as being a strong team player and motivated.
Previous experience in a busy office environment is essential as is an accurate and organised approach to work.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £8.00 per hour
