A creative marketing agency based in South Oxfordshire are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Executive that thrives in a considered sales cycle environment.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating opportunities, qualifying prospects and booking meetings. At any one time you'll be supporting the Managing Director and Commercial Manager increasing the pipeline of opportunity for the agency by:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account handler for further development and closure
- Booking meetings and create pitch opportunities hitting quarterly targets
- Cleaning, maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned markets
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with strong initiative and some previous sales experience, cold calling, data cleansing. You will be well organised with a positive outlook, and eager to learn.
