My large company is looking for a Incident Handler to work at one of its sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is organised, a multi tasker, professional individual that is efficient and able to work to very tight deadlines. This demanding, however, exciting position is to start as soon as possible on a full time basis on temporary Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 - 18:30.
This role is offering a pay rate of £7.50 per hour. Unfortunately there is no free parking at this site, however, the Company does provide a free shuttle bus service that runs from Birmingham city centre and surrounding areas.
The help desk provides a high level of service to enable customers and service users to access IT support through a single point of contact. The help desk manages approximately 190,000 calls across the business per annum with a 40% first time fix rate.
The daily duties will include answering approx 40 - 60 calls per day providing an excellent customer service in relation to various IT queries.
To succeed in this role you will have previous customer service experience within a telephone based position and knowledge of IT whether it be through education or practical work experience. You must have clear communication skills both written and verbal and be available to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to start with an established company a career in IT.
