Meridian Business Support are working in partnership with a well known Banking institute who are seeking Interim Telephone Banking Advisors for their premises in Swansea.
What does the job entail?
Telephone Banking is about being there for Business customers every step of the way. Friendly, positive and ready to help, you'll be more than just a voice at the end of the phone when a customer rings us. Whether they're calling to transfer money, set up a standing order or enquire about our products you'll offer a warm welcome and the best information, and you'll have a role that matters.

What is the pay?
As an Interim Telephone Banking Advisor, you will receive a competitive hourly pay rate of £7.50 as well as an uplift for working unsociable hours.
What are the working hours?
You'll work between 30 and 40 hours per week over five days on a shift basis between 8.00am and 10.00pm Monday to Sunday. A number of different shift patterns to suit whatever your needs!
