As the first point of contact, you will receive comprehensive training to allow you to provide health advice to anyone with non- urgent health related enquiries, as in line with the Department of Health policies
- You will be dealing with Inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations
- Be able to prioritise calls making sure that the quality of service is not affected in anyway
- To have a confident approach and be able to control calls and have the ability to work with callers who may be distressed
- To be able to defuse situations should they arise as customers may be emotional at times
- To pay attention to detail making sure all enquiries are logged correctly
This is a fully flexible role; the centre is open 24 hours per day
