As the first point of contact, you will receive comprehensive training to allow you to provide health advice to anyone with non- urgent health related enquiries, as in line with the Department of Health policies
- Excellent verbal communication skills- the ability to show empathy
- Data Entry
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail- ensure all details logged accordingly
- To adhere to company policy and procedure at all times - following the escalation process as and when necessary
This is a fully flexible role; the centre is open 24 hours per day
