Meridian business Support are currently recruiting for a number of inbound customer service advisors. This is not a target led role, instead the highest level of customer service is required.
- Ensure that a prompt, friendly and helpful service is delivered to our customers.
- Deal with new and existing customers- building a rapport throughout
- Take ownership of customer problems and where necessary follow a problem through.
- Once a need is established- provide advise on products
To be considered for this role you must have ;
- fantastic communication skills
- Customer service experience- preferably in a fast paced environment
- Minimum 4 GCSE's (Grade C or above) or equivalent is essential.
- Accurate and proficient data inputting skills
This is a full time, permanent role.
