Thriving local company are looking for a new team member to help with their current expansion plan. This is a busy role that will use all of your customer service skills, often speaking to vulnerable customers over the telephone an ability to show empathy is required.
The general duties will include taking orders over the telephone, entering onto the system, providing guidance and advice and advising delivery dates.
Callers may ring with a query or enquiry this needs to be dealt with and solved as quickly as possible, the occasional complaint must be looked at and answered within the company guidelines to a satisfactory conclusion.
Our client needs strong customer service skills, excellent communication ability both written and oral, a team player who pays attention to detail and picks up new systems quickly.
This is a temporary role for 12 weeks.
Hours Monday to Friday 9.00 - 3.00.
