Meridian Business Support are recruiting for Sales through Service Advisor's to work permanently in Cardiff City Centre within walking distance of Cardiff Central train station for a leading global outsourcing business. The working environment is both fun and progressive.
We are looking for talented people who are smart, creative and dedicated. This full time position includes dealing directly with existing customers via inbound calls and you will need to be confident to engage with customers who are looking to get more from their current service.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- The ability to use own initiative
- A natural drive to meet targets and remain focused
Candidates interested in this position MUST be able to commit to working full time hours between a Monday and Sunday. Shift patterns range between 06.45am and 11.00pm and you will also need to be available for 7 weeks to undertake training.
