As part of our supply chain team we have a department who solely looks after importation of our fresh produce. Running the documentation processes, endorsing shipping documentation to the clearance and product release. Managing its arrival and completing post clearance work is executed within restrictions imposed.
As Import Coordinator you are responsible for the above process so that declaration to HMRC remains, accurate and on time. Your communication skills must be advance to enable you to co-ordinate the operation with procurement, supply chain and the finance teams. Excitingly you will also be involved in projects together with the Group Customs Compliance Manager to ensure that processes are continuously improved and changes made where necessary.
We need someone pro-active, energetic, detail orientated and who wants the responsibility of a pivotal role within the team.
