Our client, a leading financial services company is looking for an IFA Team Leader to join their Bristol offices.
As a Team Leader you will build and maintain relationships with internal departments, teams and third parties (within a Portfolio team this includes acting as the designated point of contact for a portfolio of IFAs), as well as being the administration expert within the team, developing and coaching team member's knowledge and skills.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold an CF1/IOC qualification or equivalent (or a willingness to study for this) and experience of supervising or managing a team.
This is a full time, permanent position offering £25-£30k dependent on experience, plus benefits.
