ICT Technical Analyst / IT Support Technician / 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Service Desk Analyst
To commence work ASAP - Contract / Temporary ICT Technical Analyst required for a 4 - 6 week period for a Hereford based company.
Standard Monday - Friday working hours of 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £10.33 per hour
The Technical Analyst will be expected to provide a range of 1st and 2nd line support as well as reasonable 3rd line work to colleagues and end users. Due to the nature of this role the analyst must have exceptional customer service skills, be a team player and have the ability to work to established service desk SLAs.
The ideal candidate must be a confident, motivated, self-starter who is able to work on initiative and muck in with all service desk activities.
All candidates applying for the role must have: - HND / HNC in IT or equivalent as a minimum - MS networking and desk configuration and maintenance experience - Ability to configure and install Windows 7 and 10 OS - Ability to configure 0ffice 365 portal and install on software devices - Previous experience of 1st / 2nd and 3rd line support in ICT environment and specifically 2 years experience of working on a service desk.
