We are a Global international life sciences measurement and testing company who are looking to recruit a proactive, self starter and energetic Human Resource Manager to manage one of our key sites here in Fordham.
Your new role:
As HR Manager you will be managing a small team and supporting all aspects of people management that underpins our business culture and values. This will include but not limited to covering all employee matters across the employment life cycle including specifically: Recognition and Engagement, Remuneration, Talent Management and Employee Development. Employee Relations and Organisation Development.
The key aim is to enable the business to achieve a high level of performance through ensuring there are sufficient employees with the right skill set and mindset and who are fully engaged.
What you'll need to succeed
You will posses a demonstrable track record of operational HR delivery with in excess of 10 year's generalist HR experience at Senior Business Partner/Manager level preferably within a Life Sciences environment. You will also need to have experience of working in a fast paced dynamic multi-site/multi business environment and have proven expertise in employee relations with a sound understanding of employment law.
