Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for a HR officer based in Stoke on Trent.
As HR officer you would provide a full range of HR services to Staffordshire locations who employ 150 employees covering production, commercial and distribution employees. You may have to travel abroad occasionally for meetings.
Main Duties would include:
Recruitment for the companyLiaising with managers Organising contracts and interviews
Schedule training and inductionsUpdate systemsCarry out disciplinaries, investigations and absence reviewsLiaise with occupational health
General admin duties
A levels or a degree would be beneficial, CIPD part qualified would also be advantageous. Must have HR experience working in a fast pace environment. Candidates must be capable of developing skills and be adaptable, approachable and flexible.
MUST hold a clean driving licence as will be requires to attend both sites weekly.
