HR Business Partner required for boutique retailer based in South West London. This is a newly created role due to continued success - a stand alone position to provide HR support and assistance to in excess of 70 heads across the UK and overseas.
This is a unique opportunity to join this highly entrepreneurial company and work closely with head office, retail outlets and concessions. A chance to really make your mark and implement a wealth of procedures and initiatives across the company. This is a new role and will take over from what has historically been ad-hoc support.
You will be responsible for everything from HR generalist support and reward/recognition through to recruitment and even getting involved in the overall business strategy.
You will need -
- Demonstrable HR generalist experience
- A strong background and understanding in retail HR at Head Office level
- To have demonstrated self development and progression within your career
- CIPD or relevant degree
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Charismatic relationship building skills
