This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious and driven HR professional who is ideally looking to move into a Head of HR role in the next 2-3 years.
Working in partnership with the Divisional Managers, you will be responsible for driving key people metrics in attraction, retention, attendance, capability, performance management and engagement. You will also be required to lead on key HR projects and initiatives.
The successful candidate will be driving the talent management and succession planning strategy and will oversee all ER activity.
You will ideally have -
- CIPD qualification
- Experience in a HR role, ideal multi-site
- Skilled in talent attraction and retention strategies
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with complex ER cases
- Experience of performance management techniques
This is a national role, covering in excess of 10 locations. You will have complete control of your diary and have the ability to work from home 1 day a week. It is likely that you will be travelling 2 days per week.
In return, the company is offering a super basic salary of £40-45k with the option of car or car allowance. There is also a full suite of benefits on offer.
