HR is pivotal to the function, engagement and structure of a business and our client seeks a new HR Business Partner to join their large established, fruitful, professional yet flexible HR team. This role is Teddington based and reports directly into the UK HR Director.
As the HR Business Partner you will be providing a commercially focused, generalist HR support to the business consistent with the company core values.
Duties will include: namely Resource Planning and Execution, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and Organisational Development and Change
We are looking for HR Professional CIPD would be ideal but not essential and someone who is self reliant, and able to work with minimal control and have several years HR experience working within a demanding, competitive commercial environment, if this is you then please keep reading.........
You will need to be experienced within the following areas Employee Relations, Recruitment and Change Management
Paying up to £40k per annum plus some additional perks including pension, health care, and generous holidays!
