Duties will include: namely resource planning and execution, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, organizational development and change
We are looking for graduate calibre with a appropriate professional qualification, self reliant, and able to work with minimal control and have several years HR experience working within a demanding, competitive commercial environment, if this is you then please keep reading.........
You will need to have up to date knowledge of UK employment law with particular experience managing transfers, and organizational change, with sound knowledge of Leading HR principles, practices and their application in meeting business requirements, experience in job evaluation and or the use of assessment techniques including psychometric instruments would be desirable.
Paying up to £35k per annum plus some additional perks including pension, healthcare, and generous holidays!
