To promote good practice and provide advice to managers and staff in the recruitment, selection and retention of staff. To sit on interview panels as and when appropriate.
To provide guidance and support to managers regarding staff who have positive disclosure and barring disclosures (DBS), including attending investigation meetings and feeding back to the trust DBS panel to make a decision.
To support the HR manager, in line with Trust policy, with processes relating to organisational change.
To provide support and advice to managers on disciplinary investigations, grievance and harassment cases when required, in line with Trust policy, seeking guidance from HR Manager when required.
