A leading high street fashion retailer are looking for a Payroll & Reward Supervisor to oversee the payroll department and administer the employee rewards schemes.
As the Payroll & Rewards Supervisor you will be working with the People Partner, (based at their London office) and you will be responsible for implementing and administering employee compensation and benefits including salary and benefit surveys, life/health insurances, staff discount, company cars.
You will also ensure there is an effective level of service between the company and the Payroll provider, with support from the Finance Manager as well as supporting with payroll administration.
Our client is looking for a positive individual who has a flexible and dynamic approach and attitude to work and able to motivate and supervise a small team. You will have previous benefits administration and an understanding of payroll processes.
