You must be a confident administrator, ideally someone who has worked in an HR or shared services environment, but its more about your ability to grasp the work and get it done accurately. Being process driven you can ensure the heavy work load is effectively dealt with and by being a true team player, you and the rest of the team will then pull together when the pressure is on.
Your role will involve all important daily HR support tasks and assist the payroll processes; including new joiners, leavers, contract variations, sickness absence to name but a few. You will be fully trained with process guides, training plans and using an HR operations matrix to ensure that you are cross trained on all functions within HR, they have thought about everything!
