I seek a confident, HR Administrator, ideally someone who has worked in a shared services environment. Someone who is process driven and can ensure a heavy work load is effectively dealt with and a true team player as everyone pulls together when the pressure is on here!
Your role will involve all important daily HR administrative tasks and support the payroll processes; including new joiners, leavers, contract variations, sickness absence to name but a few.
Great salary paying up to £20k dependent on experience - excellent benefits and a wonderful modern working environment. This will start off as a temporary assignment leading to either fixed term or possibly permanent long term. My clients business is based in Maidstone.
