This post will be based in a local Hospital. You will be part of a team of staff who support the clinics preparing paperwork and booking appointments and meeting and greeting patients who attend the department. The ideal candidate will be professional and caring and always put patients first. The post holder must have an excellent manner and be a confident communicator. You must be able to multi-task have excellent prioritisation and organisations skills. A pleasant telephone manner is also essential.
