Our client a leading manufacturing organisation based in Salisbury is looking for a Helpdesk Advisor to join their team.
As a Helpdesk Advisor you will be the main point of contact for customer's problems and enquiries, handle a high volume of calls, work to tight deadlines and find solutions to customer's problems.
You will be responding to queries from customers and using support material providing technical advice and guidance to resolve their issues. You will need to be very competent on a PC and able to multitask.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in an office environment.
This is full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday with one Saturday every 3 weeks, offering £17,000 per annum.
