Our client who is based in Tilshead, is looking for a Helpdesk Adviser.
You will provide customer service by dealing with individual customer contacts, inquiries and requests in an effective manner to the satisfaction of the customer and in line with all procedures and standards.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, or the ability to develop these quickly is essential.
Driving licence and own transport is essential due to the location of the role. This is a fulltime role, starting as soon as possible, offering £21,970 per annum. Typically a full shift agent will work 3 x 12 hour shifts each week. Shift hours are 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am. It involves night shift working and weekends.
