My client, a leading provider of Occupational Health and Rehabilitation services, is looking to recruit a Head of Sales to help drive their business. The organisation provide their rehabilitation services to clients in the insurance sector, and deliver the occupational health provision to a number of national organisations, including many household names.
As head of sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the team of account managers responsible for these large accounts, and will be responsible for helping them meet their growth targets.
You would be leading a team of account managers, all of whom are clinically trained, and you will report directly to the board. You will be working very closely with the Chairman, and will be a key member of the senior management team with opportunity to move up within the organisation is successful.
Your responsibilities would include:
- managing budgets
- growing the sales team as you expand into new markets
- organising and managing the account management process
- overseeing marketing
- heading corporate events
- proposition development
- identifying and targeting business opportunities
- negotiating commercial terms
- communicating with senior management across other group companies
In order to be successful in our application, you will likely be in a senior business development role with experience of carrying out these functions within the wider healthcare market, and you will look to utilise existing networks to ensure success.
In return for your expertise, you will be rewarded with a base salary of £60,000 to £80,000 depending on experience, and will also benefit from an OTE of 20% of base salary and the position includes benefits such as a company car.
