Group Supply Chain Analyst required by the most admired employer in its sector due to International acquisition!
Working with the Group Supply Chain providing in depth analysis of its supply companies globally, analysis for the Planning Purchasing Sustainability & EHS functions.
Improve existing reporting, identify opportunities and weaknesses to improve key metrics and deliverables.
Provide proactive support including analysis of operational & business data, identification & implementation of Process Improvements across all supply units UK & Internationally.
Assist in, and improve the process of analysis, compilation and updating of business data and trends
Requires regular communication with Group Supply Chain team, Senior Management, Supply Units and Finance
Develop and maintain MS Excel, MS Access databases, SIS, JD Edwards E1, ERP , PD Trak
Utilise reporting software to identify and analyse data to support key organisational strategies
Experience of departmental processes improvement & Strategy Deployment.
Global role with 12 locations so international dealings beneficial - UK based
This is a data hungry analytical role where you will be required to have very strong excel skills with previous experience of decimal status and rely on you interpreting data, making recommendations and suggesting solutions that will be presented at board level with mandatory quarterly and month end reports.
Finance and or manufacturing / engineering background suitable.
Any foreign languages spoken beneficial : French, Spanish, German.
