Group Administrator - PA required by global manufacturing client in Cheltenham.
This role is split 50/50 supporting the directors within the international division for both the global general manager and operations manager with commercial sales support for proposals and customer orders within the Oil & Gas and Chemicals industry.
Admin - PA experience within a similar company environment, experience of collating and presenting weekly / monthly ad hoc financial data, managing international diaries , managing bespoke documentation generation and completion both internally and externally globally. General underwriting of commercial T's & C's. General office administration, managing and coding invoices, purchase order approval, MS Sharepoint pages, maintain quality dossiers and department records. Arranging meetings - conferences - travel
Documents produced using the commercial section framework and standard works to produce documentation dossiers associated with bespoke scopes of supply to comply with ISO9001 certified processes and procedures.
Use of ERP - CRM systems and databases essential. Microsoft products - Power point,Word, Excell, Outlook etc
