Candidates must be able to:
- Deal with high volume Telephone and Email enquires
- Be able to maintain filling systems
- Keeping diaries and arranging appointments
- Good use of Microsoft packages including Exel and Word
- Excellent copy tying skills
- Be able to maintain databases
- A Good telephone manner
- Work towards targets
