I am working with a prolific employer in Yeovil who is looking to expand their workforce with a French speaking Credit Controller. The role will be supporting the general duties of the Finance Department with a particular focus on Credit Control.
- Fluent in French to communicate by both phone and email
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment
- Management of a substantial proportion of the European sales ledger
- To review customer credit limits
- Maintain customer relations
- To achieve outbound call targets
- Keep all paperwork up to date
- To communicate all issues to the relevant Team Leader
- Process customer payments
- Carry out all tasks assigned to the role
