We are looking for a self motivated Financial Services Trainer Assessor, whose principal role is to deliver higher level apprenticeships to senior staff. As an organisation we are a respected national training provider who offers a wide range of work based-based learning and commercial courses through nationally accredited qualifications. You will be joining us at a great time, as we are continuing to build on the strong reputation we have already gained and guess what we're looking to double in size over the next few years!

One of our biggest financial sector clients - is expanding its apprenticeship programme. As their apprenticeship provider we need an additional Trainer Assessor working across south east London. The role needs someone with a good knowledge of high street banking, or is an existing financial sector Trainer Assessor.

What will the role involve? With a caseload of apprenticeship learners, you'll need to be mobile. You'll manage your own diary and shape your 37.5 hour working week to fit the needs of your learners. You'll train and support apprentices; in the workplace through face to face discussions, and using web solutions for remote assistance and e-learning Maths and English solutions. You'll devise and tailor individual learning plans, identify additional learning needs, and provide the apprentice with all the necessary information, guidance and resources to ensure they successfully complete their programmes.

What skills are we looking for? As well as your financial services or Trainer Assessor experience, you'll need great interpersonal and coaching skills, and lots of empathy. You must be self-motivated, an excellent negotiator and able to use your initiative to solve problems. It's important that you can effectively manage different stakeholders, too.

In return you will be paid a competitive salary and can expect to receive 23 days holiday (rising to 25 days after 2 years), plus 8 Bank Holidays, Performance related bonus scheme (anticipated on-target of 10% of salary) and future career development/opportunities.
