My client in Yeovil is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their busy team.
The office environment is very modern and fresh and the company are using new technology to help them and their staff grow.
Your role as a Finance Assistant will include:
- Generating customer invoices
- Run monthly statements
- Assisting Credit Controller with customer accounts
- Updating Daily Cashbook
- A/R Cash Posting
- Reconcile remittances
- Process credit notes.
- Assist department with filing duties
- Look after accounts email inbox.
- Provide customers with copy invoices & statements
- Liaison with C/S on any issues as a result of Credit Controller's calls
- Run credit notes.
- Help department in other areas during busy periods.
This role will suit someone who has experience in a Accounts Payable and is willing to grow and develop with the company.
