£9-9.50 an hour
- Monitor and apply bank transfer payments to the system accurately
- Prepare bank reconciliations to the system regularly with a high level of accuracy
- Deal with queries and complaints
- Ensure that the internal controls and procedures are adhered to.
- Continuously improve the department's accounting practices and procedures.
- Regularly chase corporate and individual clients
- Presenting invoices, credit notes, statement of accounts to the team on a timely basis and helping to resolve any issues arising.
- Finance administration experience required
- Computer literate with good excel, outlook and word skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Flexibility, adaptability and well organised
