We are currently recruiting a Facilities Administrator / coordinator on a temporary contract for our prestigious client based in Yeovil.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the department to fulfil various facilities, tooling and health and safety requirements.
Duties will include:
- Produce and maintain capacity plans
- Coordination of all the maintenance requisitions
- Point of contact with Site Facilities, coordinating all the facilities related requirements
- Work with teams around the business to continuously development and improve facilities, in order to effectively support the needs of the business
The successful candidate must have the ability to manage individual projects. Must be able to communicate at all levels within the organisation and be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office.
