Our distributor network and strong relationships with Market Leading Brands have allowed our business to increase market share within Europe. We would like to build on our current network therefore seek an expert to help us achieve this. You will effectively manage the business development, account management and promotional activities of our two brands and their products, working hand in had with our business partners. As market leaders within one sector already and developing a route to market for a newly approached sector we entered in 2016, you will support, grow and develop our European distributor network. Exciting times!
Your main focus will be on business growth and as the day-to-day point of contact with our overseas network; you will deal with account queries, supporting your network to sell more into their customer portfolio; which will include attending business meetings and assisting them to pitch. This role will involve regular travel throughout Europe and we would like to see you in the office once a week for a business update. The beauty of this is that you don't need to live near us, as long as you can get our office once a week, the rest of your time you will manage effectively, to maximise on sales and relationship nurturing. We seek B2B business development experience, ideally within the Beauty, Cosmetics, Hair or similar sector. However, a solid understanding of working within an international distributor network is a must! We would love to find someone that also speaks a second major European language, German being our preference.
The role is offering £40-45k basic salary with the opportunity to earn a healthy bonus of between £5,000 - £10,000 per annum (however this is uncapped). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and PMI. A very competitive package for an SME based in Kent. This role is live and will hold at least a 2 stage interview process to manage your expectations.
