Export Coordinator

We are recruiting for an organised and motivated individual to join a busy Export team as an Export Coordinator. Reporting to the Export Team Leader your main duties will be to assist in the day to day running of a small administration team.

Role Responsibilities Include:

  • Raising Excel packing lists for international markets, to enable customs clearance of stock
  • Arranging collections of weekly stock packages with various nominated freight forwarders
  • General administration tasks including filing and copying

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks on a day to day basis. Good IT skills (Excel, Word & Outlook) and experience in a similar role are essential.

Please note that due to the rural location your own transport is required.
