Are you an Export Administrator looking for a new challenge with a forward thinking, innovative pharmaceutical manufacturing company? We have an exciting opportunity for a brand new role as Export Administrator with this company in Newcastle. Salary approx £20,000 per annum dependant on experience plus 25 days annual leave, pension, free parking, annual bonus and healthcare plans. Working hours are Monday to Friday rotating between 07:00 - 15:00 and 09:00 - 17:00 on a weekly basis.
As Export Administrator you will be responsible for sales order processing, stock control and monitoring shipments, you need to be flexible in order to be working within a small team to produce high accuracy work in a fast paced environment. You will be following the principle of one piece flow, receipt incoming stock and complete regular cycle counts, adhere to high quality standards, prep and process orders for dispatch in high volumes and monitor shipments to ensure delivery to customers within agreed lead times.
With at least 1 year's experience in export, shipping or stock control, you will have a good basic understanding of export documentation required by freight forwarders. You will be highly organized and have experience in a fast paced, high output distribution area. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be highly computer literate (ideally having used courier software) and have a great attention to detail. This role is very versatile and hence you are expected to be open to flexibility.
