Recruitment Consultant - Office & Professional - Cheltenham
Basic salary up to £24,000 per annum plus 20 days holiday rising to 25 after 3 years' service, 10% bonus on all new business generated in the first 6 months and then a very generous bonus scheme giving you realistic bonus potential of £4,000 to £5,000 in year one.
Meridian is looking for an experienced Office & Professional Recruiter to join our established Cheltenham branch business developing and servicing the Cheltenham and surrounding areas with fantastic opportunity for progression through to a Senior Consultant and more if you've got the appetite.
The Person Spec:
Required are committed individuals who can work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ideal candidates will be familiar with working to targets and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent proven background in sales and business development within a recruitment environment is essential, as are strong communication and organisational skills.
