Our client a leading financial services company in their field, is looking for an Executive Secretary / PA to provide support a senior level to multiple stake holders.
You will be providing full secretarial support by arranging meetings, organising and mainlining filing systems, controlling budget and diary management and administrative assistance.Taking minutes in meetings and managing the completion of regular company reports will be a key part to this role.
The ideal applicant will need a proven PA / Secretarial background to a high standard with at least 2 years experience at a senior level. You will need to have a minimum 60wpm typing speed demonstrate accuracy in everything you do.
This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week offering a basic salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.
